Day 83: "Disco Ball", Gouache on paper, 9x12”. My daughter’s disco ball throws such lovely little squares of light on to the walls and ceilings on a sunny day when the sunlight is streaming in through the living room window.

The original will be signed in the back, numbered according to the date it was created (for example: 1/365, 2/365 etc..) packaged in a protective sleeve and shipped carefully.
This is part of my 2026 year long project, "This sweet simple existence". During this year of living creatively, I will create small artworks everyday based around objects from my daily life, (mostly food, household items, perhaps the view from my window etc). thereby simply documenting the extraordinary in the ordinary joys of a simple life.
