Days 121-151: May 2026 Sketchbook Paintings Offered as Prints
Days 121-151: May 2026 Sketches Offered as Prints
My sketchbook is a safe space for me where I get to experiment and make mistakes. This was the idea behind May’s paintings; to prioritize looseness and speed over perfection or a finished look. Therefore, as May’s paintings were created on non-detachable watercolor sketchbook paper, the originals are obviously not available for purchase. However, they will be offered as mini prints in one size only. The paintings were created using gouache, watercolor, ink brush pen, wax pastels on watercolor paper. The original size of the sketchbook paper is 8.5×5.5”. The prints offered will be 5×7”. Please visit print shop to purchase individual prints.

This is part of my year long project, "This sweet simple existence". During this year of living creatively, I will create small artworks everyday based around objects from my daily life, (mostly food, household items, perhaps the view from my window etc). thereby simply documenting the extraordinary in the ordinary joys of a simple life.
